Terms and Conditions for Triangelhunden

By purchasing, booking, or using services from Triangelhunden (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Services

We provide dog training, coaching, courses, workshops, educational materials, and community access.

Services may be delivered:

• In person

• Online (live or pre-recorded)

• Through third-party platforms

• Through digital products or mobile applications

We reserve the right to modify services if necessary.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services. Activities involving children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Participant Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your dog is physically and behaviorally suitable

• Maintaining control of your dog

• Following all safety instructions

• Informing us of relevant health or behavioral issues

We may refuse participation if safety is at risk.

Payments

Payment must be completed before access is granted unless otherwise agreed. Prices may include VAT where applicable.

Intellectual Property

All content is protected by copyright.

You may not:

• Share or distribute materials

• Record sessions without permission

• Use content commercially

• Reproduce materials publicly

Content is licensed for personal use only.

Limitation of Liability

Participation is at your own risk.

Triangelhunden is not liable for:

• Injuries to people or dogs

• Damage caused by your dog

• Loss of property

• Indirect or consequential damages

Nothing excludes liability where prohibited by law.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
